So, What Does the Process Look Like?

Step One: Schedule A Consult

I offer free 15-minute consultation calls to all new clients. I’ll ask you about issues you are currently experiencing and describe my therapeutic style and modalities. If for some reason we determine that it’s not the best match, I’ll always provide referrals and resources to help you move in a different direction.

Step Two: Complete Paperwork

If we determine we are a good fit, I will send you some paperwork to review and complete. All paperwork and payment methods will be filled out electronically. You will receive a link through a secure portal. I will also send you a separate email with a link for your telehealth sessions and/or directions to my office for in-person sessions.

Step Three: Book A Session

After paperwork is complete, we will find a time that works for both of us to schedule our first session. During this session, we will get to know one another and I will gather some of your history in order to learn about where you have been and where you are on your journey. This will also be a great time to talk about some of your goals for therapy and ask me any initial questions you may have. Rest assured, I will never push you to share anything that you are not ready to share. I look forward to seeing you at your first session!
